As I was setting up to photograph this small river on the Isle of Man, a street sweeper commented to me, "It's beautiful, isn't it?"  I replied, "Yes, very much so."  He showed his surprise with, "American?"  (it being January) to which I replied in the affirmative.  He asked, "What are you doing here this time of year?"  To which I smiled and returned with a shrug, "No Tourists!"  To which he shook his head and continued on...
